Okay. A little backstory for people who want to help... (not sure if this will help at all, but still) Yesterday my hard-drive decided to fail on me. I took a 500GB Seagate Barracuda out of a HP we had layin' around. I had to install Vista 32-bit (couldn't find my win7 install disc).
I got it set up, and downloaded the video card drivers. All was good, until a couple hours ago. I can play for about 3 minutes before this happens. I have honestly no idea what to do about it. Any help is appreciated!
rightclick your hard drive, click properties, tools, and scan this drive for errors.
Just did that, didn't appear to have any errors. Any other ideas? It's really buggin me out :(. I'm starting to think I should just buy a copy of W7 then re-install it. I never had any issues with Windows 7.

Well, it kinda did something.. I've noticed it really only happens in Jungle biomes, and if I turn on the 3D Anaglyph and turn it back off it goes away for a bit..

Have you run a chkdsk on the hard drive?
Reinstalling java?
Reinstalling video card drivers?
EDIT: Nevermind, it's still ****ed up.
