I have been working on this for quite sometime and im looking out to the public again for 1 last judgement.
Anything that can be improved with affecting cost too much?
It is a better version, the 2500K is overclockable, the Vertex 3 is faster and more reliable than the Agility 3, the 300 cools impressively (competing with the 400R in terms of cooling performance), and the enermax recently got the Silver in a 350-450W roundup by Anandtech (first place was sent to a FSP, but PcPartpicker didn't have it).
That power supply scares me. Change it or forever hold your peace.
Enermax isn't near as reliable as Antec, Corsair, XFX, etc.
I've never had any experience with Enermax myself but I heard people rating their build quality even above Seasonic. I don't think they're that good but they are very good psu-s for sure.

Seasonic makes PSUs for many companies, including corsair (IIRC).
Enermax seems to actually be a good brand. (I feel stupid now). Just make sure it's not peak power.
