So this is my current build so far, and I just need help picking out a PSU. I know I haven't picked out a graphics card yet, so it might be hard to decide how much wattage I need. It's not going to be anything crazy though, probably $150 or less.
Seems to be better value for me, but you probably wont use 700w in which case you can go with the cheapest one you mentioned. Those two seem to be the best.
Cooler Master does not make good PSU's, OCZ is meh, but the second one (this one) is the best out of the one's you chose. The good PSU brands are Corsair, Seasonic, Rosewill's HIVE series, and I am trying to think of other good brands but at 12:00 AM after partying it's kind of difficult.

I didn't even know OCZ made PSU's until recently, so I'm still kind of iffy on their quality, was hoping to get some reassurance.

Yeah I agree, I really like that Corsair, but it's not modular. I don't really know if that's going to be an issue or not, or what the difference is really, and that's why I haven't made my decision yet.

Cooler Master's silent pro series is made by Seasonic, Seasonic, as you might know, also makes majority of the good models of the other PSU brands.
Corsair is not an all around good brand, only the TX-V2, HX and AX are worthwile. OCZ is good if it's an EliteXtreme, Fatal1ty or Z series.

Really having a tough time deciding.. modular seems like it's a lot better, so I'm trying to find one that is, which has me starting my search over again lol. :|

On a related note, I dropped into one of the local computer stores today, and realized that they are selling Diablotek power supplies. I asked the owner why, and he said "I don't know, they work fine for me". LOL, I feel sorry for his customers!

OCZ is... Ehh, it's okay, but you should invest in a slightly nicer PSU. If you go with them, try a ZT instead of a MXSP, it should be higher quality.

I hope all goes well, seems like a quality product based off the reviews of several sites.
Not unless he is doing SLI, even then, a 650w would be enough depending on the cards.
Actually Silent pro series are made by Enhance Electronics. Here's some referral links:

But still Silent pro series are probably among the best psu-s out there.
I honestly only need around 600, but I figure a bit more won't hurt and leaves me some space in case I decide to upgrade later on.
Edited first post.

I've made some changes to my part list, and have updated the first post as well.
