Yup, that build is fine. You might want to get a 6950 instead of a 7850, I've heard the 7850 performs better in some games than the 6950 but the 6950 performs better in others. Whatever your choice, it should still run very smoothly on High or Ultra depending on the AA you have.
Switch the processor to an i5 2500k, Ivy Bridge is not worth the price difference. Other than that just change the power supply to something like an XFX Core Edition 550w, Rosewill Hive 550w, or OCZ Modstream 600w. Just a tip too, if you live near a Microcenter I suggest getting at least the i5 2500k there because it's around $30-40 cheaper than other places.
