I use Visual Studio for C# & VB. I use Editpad Pro for PHP and VBscript. I use either SQLyog or SQL Management Studio when I work in SQL, depending on what server environment I'm using.
VS2008 with ReSharper 6 for C#, VB.NET, F#, Delphi Prism (and C/C++, but I use Code::Blocks on my Linux machine for C/C++ stuff usually); Embarcerdero Codegear for Delphi itself, though I don't use that very often. Visual Basic 6 with AxTools for my old VB6 apps, Editpad Pro (or gEdit if on my linux install) for practically everything else- (D, Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP, Lisp, Erlang, Javascript, etc.)
VS2010 - C#, C++, C, VB
phpdesigner 7 - php, html, css, javascript
Eclipse - Java, php (for at work)
NotePad++ (sublimetext2 on my flash drive) - Everything
IDLE - Python
Emacs - Everything when on Linux (including the best language ever...brain****)
ideone.com occasionally as well.
Sometimes Notepad++
