OK for all yall who have seen me posting many times im doing extensive research on this laptop before i buy it.. So this should be my last question. What kind of graphics quality and FPS and can i see out of these computer specs?
Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
2nd generation Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM (2.2 GHz, 6MB L3 Cache) with Turbo Boost up to 3.1 GHz (Quad-Core I believe)
1GB AMD Radeon™ HD 7470M GDDR5 Discrete Graphics™ [HDMI, VGA]
8GB DDR3 System Memory (2 Dimm)
750GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection
15.6" High Definition HP LED Brightview (1366x768)
Minimum Specs (Required for playing Total War: Shogun 2):
2 GHz Intel Dual Core processor / 2.6 GHz Intel Single Core processor , or AMD equivalent (with SSE2)
1GB RAM (XP), 2GB RAM (Vista / Windows7)
256 MB DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics card (shader model 3)
1024×768 minimum screen resolution
20GB free hard disk space
Could someone tell me what graphics quality i could play on and what its estimated FPS would be?
Another question is how will screen resolution play into this? (Ive never seen a game with a minimum screen resolution like that)
You would run it better if you took our suggestion and get the cheaper laptop that is faster.
Your graphics card has 120 vliw5 shadders.
AMD Llano Integrated graphics have 400.
Get the one we suggested to you in your other thread if you actually want to run games.
My laptop with an AMD 3300 can't even play small battles at 720p with shogun 2.
It has 40 stream processors.
The AMD 7xxx low end mobile GPU are actually 40nm 5xxx series cards AMD pulled a Nvidia this round.
well that doesnt really answer my question i mean in your opinion what would be the highest graphics setting i could get decent fps on lets say 30 fps?

I did answer.
My laptop has graphics card 1/3 the amount of stream processors of yours and slightly lower clocks and it barley get 3 fps. So the one you have will not run it at 30 at lowest maybe 15-20 at best.

Just get the one of the ones we recommended.
