get that board, I got an ASUS motherboard and i effin love it
Running an ASUS in my current computer. Been using it for 2 years, only once have I had a bluescreen (Pushed the onboard graphics to their breaking point)
Can I just ask why you are set on an FX cpu? Don't even argue that they are better at overclocking. Their performance per clock is less than even a Phenom II, basically making them obsolete. You can get way better performance from overclocking an x4 955 or an i5 2500k than you ever will with an FX 4100.

you do have a point.. i say spend some more and get i5 2500, not 2500k
The 6850's and 6870's don't overheat, I have a 6870 running overclocked and it's only 50 degrees C while playing MW3. The fan speed never goes above 40% and the card only has 6cm of room in the case. So yeah, it doesn't overheat
Crap lol, about 6 months ago I bought the ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 for 200$ (not 100 like your mobo) and it only is AM3 and it has only 2 SATA III ports. And it doesn't have UEFI.
The GOOD part is that some AM3 boards have a chance of supporting AM3+, and it looks like mine's one of them.
Anyway, GET THAT MOBO

Thanks, and I'm not changing the processor, as I said.

Intel Core i5 2500k @ 3.3Ghz CPU / MSI P67A-G43 B3 Motherboard / G.Skill Sniper 8Gb (2 x 4Gb) RAM / MSI Radeon HD 6850 Cyclone PE/OC Graphics Card / XFX 80+ Bronze 650W Power Supply / Seagate Barracuda 500Gb 7200RPM Hard Drive / NZXT Gamma Classic Case
EDIT2~My dad saw that an i5 2500k will OC to 4.1 with the stock cooler, should I go with a CPU fan just for safety?
For overclocking you always want to get an aftermarket heatsink/fan. I would suggest getting a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or PLUS. They have great cooling and are very affordable.

I have designed 2 plans. One for Intel, and one for AMD. They are both about the same price. Not to start an AMD/Intel fanboy war, I'm just going to ask which one is better. I took away some stuff and added some stuff in the Intel one.
Do you plan on ever adding a second graphics card to run Xfire? If you do, you should get this motherboard instead because the one you picked only has one PCI-E 2.0 x16. To run dual gpus you want two PCI-E slots that are at least 2.0 x8.
Edit: Definitely choose the Intel setup, better performance and in this case cheaper.

I doubt, but as my criteria goes, I will be using this for a while, so I should probably consider this. Thanks. Upgraded Intel.

Everything looks good to me. Corsair has very good memory. I was actually going to get some corsair ram for my rig until I discovered G.Skill.
Corsair and G.Skill for the win man!
*Through-internet-bro-fist*
XD.
Anyone else have suggestions or am I ready to go?
I say your ready!
Cooler Master makes great cases, I got a CM HAF 932 Advanced Blue Edition and I love it! Better than my old Antec Dark Fleet 85)

Never said to change CPU
Wasn't talking to you. The thing is, since so many people have said it, I will look into a Phenom II x4.
EDIT~ I'm looking at this right here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103894 and my dad says that he really wants an i5...
