every single one of those except windows 7 will not work together unless there is a motherboard. pick a motherboard and then ill tell you if they are compatible.

Will a motherboard i have right now work? I don't know how to tell how old it is or anything. I'm just gonna replace everything old in this PC with the new parts.
In this picture the black thing is my fan, i have 2 CD drives (Top left), my 115V power source (top right), i have 2 slots for RAM and in the bottom left i have 2 slots for hard drives, one is already occupied with a 360 GB HD.
This would be my fan.
This would be my Hard drive.
And is this my processor?
And yes, you need (well should use) a special cooler, called the Coolermaster Hyper 212+.
And the GTX580 is overkill, by the way.
You may also want more HDD space in the future.

Can i just use my current Motherboard?
You'll have to get another motherboard.
Well if you already haven't noticed I'm a noob at this stuff so can you give me a link to one? Or does it matter what kind i get?
I would go with this, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131771 .
Ok, but would this one work also and still have the same features and other stuff?http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131765
So ill just have to buy the one killerthefox linked me to?
Thinking about coming a mod to simply not moderate.
Of course. The Gigabyte I suggested costs $150 and it has the same features and its a Z68.

Yes, but not an overpriced one.

I personally use this one:

Works really well, and is a good price (though, it's $180 in Australia).
But yes, Gigabyte is better than Asus price-wise.
Yeah, I have an Asrock P67 Extreme4, about a tier 2 mobo, but it had a good price back in the day. Now you can get a cheap Z68 Gigabyte.
