They use liquid nitrogen in overclocking competitions. You can get Core i7's well up into the 5 GHz range with it. Pretty neat, but not at all practical:

Yeah maybe, I don't really keep up with the OC community. Though I did just see a guy from Gigabyte get 7 GHz on an i7 990X. I still wouldn't want to try anything close to 5 GHz on air. Heheheh
Wait, what do you do to Volts when your overclocking? Do you need to add more volts the higher you go, or what? I don't wanna **** up a 2600k. That would suck balls so hard and I would kill you.
Overclocking a Sandy Bridge chip is about the easiest thing you can do. Just raise the multiplier.
Raising voltage will increase stability at higher clock speeds but increased voltage also damages your chip, some Sandy Bridge OC guides will be able to give you an idea of what's too high but from memory I think it's 1.5v.
Also about extreme overclocking... the highest clock I've ever seen was a bit above 8ghz on a Celeron D 360.

the new z68 mobo came out, soo your p67 is obsolete. these new z68 are meant solely i-series sandybridge processor, to get a good look on what they feature here:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128500 and your power supply is a bit overkill, 600-650w should be more than enough thats about 100w wiggle room from what you want to put in later like extra graphic cards or something.

About the Z68 Mobos, would they be better than the P67 Mobos?

The P67 is most certainly not obsolete when it comes to the Z68.

Z68 mobo's are ment for extreme overclockers who really want to push out everything out of their rig. P67 is still a very good one. Though the Z68 mobo's are only 8$ more on average, so it might be good idea to get it maybe.
Ohh... Ok, thanks for letting me know. I might stick with the P67.
I am jealous, that thing costs a fortune(one i wouldn't spend, but still.)
Liquid Nitrogen Cooling?! I would sure love to have one... Even though I'd never even need one.

I'mn just a bit scared cause I saw that guy who said he overclocked but his volts messed up or something and he fried his card.
