I linked to this game in passing in another topic that I thought was stupid and since I like the game so much, I figured I'd actually give it the credit it deserves and put it in its own topic. The game is Manufactoria. When it comes down to it, this is a programming game (specifically it involves the construction of DFA's, or deterministic finite automatons, for those who aren't familiar with the acronym), so I felt it'd be more appropriate in this forum, especially since I like to talk about the programming aspects of the game and not just the game itself.
Anyway, the game works like this: there are robots. Each robot has a tape with a number of red and blue symbols on it (and later you can write yellow and green symbols on it). The robots can't move themselves, but you can build mechanisms to move them around. Conveyor belts move robots in a particular direction, junction pieces read a symbol off of a robot's tape and send it in different directions depending on the color of the symbol read. Later levels will introduce "writers" which, when the robot passes over them, will put a symbol of a specific color on the end of the robot's tape (this will introduce a new type of goal system). I suggest you actually play the first few levels (which are very easy) since the game will give you some tutorials explaining more (and with a story).
Some useful tricks that aren't pointed out explicitly:
Holding shift while placing conveyor belts allows you to build bridges so conveyors can cross over one another.
Robots can enter a junction from any direction, not just the empty side.

Never attribute to malice what can adequately be explained by incompetence.
I be half geek, so how come I did finish it COMPLETELY without help?
Could be that you're lying or you cheated and pulled solutions posted elsewhere. These puzzles are difficult for even those who know what they're doing. You wouldn't be the first (that honor goes to my brother).

EDIT: And when it says three or more blues, does that mean left on or originaly on?
EDIT2: I get it now! It would be a better game if it explained it more.
