My laptop's kinda old(Got it around 4 years ago) and I used to be able to run MC perfectly without any problems and I could even play with mods. About a year ago I couldn't play anymore because I was getting less than 5 fps. I factory reset my laptop to see if that would help and it didn't. Today I messed around with a few things(updated drivers and prioritized java) and if I leave mc alone I'll get around 30fps but as soon as I move anything the fps will drop to 0 and slowly go up to around 5.
This isn't the only game that runs like this, CSGO runs at about 10 fps
If anyone would be kind enough to give me suggestion on how to get at least 30fps that would be great.

Clean out the internals maybe. It could be overheating.
Also I just noticed those are some pretty gnarly specs. I'm surprised the game even works.
