Hello, its that time that everyone has gone through or will go through some day, I have to upgrade from my current situation as it is way outdated. I am currently running an ultrabook, Acer v5 431. I like it, it is light and good for computing and light web surfing but I need a better system as this is a dual core Celeron 1.5 CPU. I can get the laptop running far better as I have with this one, I made it a high priority and can get a decent amount of fps normal in semi intensive areas(30 fps). On superflat worlds with pvp on Badlion and such with Optifine I can bang out 30-50 fps which is good while pvping, but it fluctuates and when the map as a lot of things such as in spawn in lags a lot. Now in my wishlist, I would like something that can easily play minecraft at 60 fps without recording with optifine or not, my sisters old acer v3 could handle that being a quad core 1.8 or 1.9 CPU. I would also like to have a dedicated GPU or integrated whichever you think would be best at its price range. I would like to record as well, me giving the L to kids on Badlion xD, but in all seriousness, I wouldnt be running more than a couple mods such as optifine, better pvp, HUD, etc. No shaders, I mean I would try if this could get 20-30 fps with shaders then I would be happy. Also I have wondered whether upgrading to a quad core would be beneficial but with a lower cpu rather than a dual core with higher cpu as minecraft doesnt use that many cores, but since I plan on recording. Also memory isnt really a problem I can always upgrade to 8 gbs.
I know that getting a pc would be a much better option for all this under 500 but I would prefer a laptop. Even if there are some pcs you would recommend for under 400, I would be happy to look at them. I was thinking of the Acer E15 but if anyone has a suggestion, im happy to hear.
I have a Lenovo G50, 2015 version which uses an i5 5200U and dedicated graphics (but it has the same performance as a intel hd graphics).
I could run 1.8 in 60fps no problems but in 1.9+ I do get 40fps~ while capped(limit) at 60fps but using optifine made it a stable 60fps. I bought it for $550~ so I highly doubt that the laptops that you chose won't run minecraft at a stable 60fps.
(At max, I usually get 125fps~)
EDIT: DO NOT expect a $500 could run shaders (lite version) at avg. 30fps incl OPtifine ofc.
If you can get the Acer with the GTX 950m for under $500, that would obviously be the best, but the other 2 Acers will do the job perfectly. Avoid the Toshiba, no dedicated GPU and Toshibas in general are pretty sketchy
Have you ever recorded with it. I'm over the shaders I found out a way to time-lapse it for 60 fps but I'm more concerned if it can record at 30 fps. Or if I should wait and but the $800 dell inspiron or $600 acer v nitro. Also if anyone knows, for minecraft is amd or Intel better?
It depends on what AMD graphics card you have but usually it will be faster.
I recorded Minecraft before, using OBS, my computer can record at 720p30FPS. The Acer V15 Nitro would be enough. I have the same CPU but a significantly worst GPU, so yes, the laptop can record 30fps, even 60fps would be fine.

I doubt a Dell Inspiron would be much better for $200.
Also AMD vs Intel (assuming you're talking about CPUs), it depends on the specific CPUs, but generally Intel is better than AMD since Intel usually has much better single core performance, which Minecraft takes advantage of.
In terms of GPU, Nvidia is better than AMD in the laptop department, and they're pretty equal in their desktop gpus.

If Microsoft add any in-game purchases in Minecraft Java -- the game is doomed.
