Whenever I use my mouse, it makes the most obnoxious noise that is the worn clicker. I searched the internet for modifications because I don't want to buy an expensive silent mouse, but all the steps don't appear to work on this mouse. I am using a Logitech M215 mouse (I know, it's cheap). Can anyone please help me?

Why would you care if your mouse is loud? The only thing I can recommend is to buy a new mouse if the sound is really that bad.
This may sound really cheesy, but I've had this mouse for EVER. For some reason, I get emotionally attached to certain items; in this case, it's the mouse. Combined with my cheapskate self, I can't part with the mouse. All the "ninja mouse" walkthroughs don't work with it.

Is there any reason you don't like the sound? Also I do understand what you mean

I like to be around other people whilst I play. Since my mouse is at about 72 decibels, or about a vacuum at 10 feet, they get pretty annoyed. My mouse has literally no visible screws for modifications, which is why I asked in the first place: to see if anyone had tried this with a similar mouse. Glad you understand my "emotional conundrum", as well
