My guess (as I have no idea) by the name is the last event that happens during the loading process of rendering the world generation. If it were a world generation mod my guess would be that it might be conflicting due to not generating a block (terrain, plants, trees, textures of those) correctly or other mods that add mobs, blocks and so on are preventing the game from finalizing everything because there is an issue for whatever reason.
Move mods in and out of the mods folder to see which is causing it (trial and error), check the crash report for anything other information or post the mod list if you can.
Edit: Was just a guess, I don't have a clue otherwise of course. Otherwise directing them to Mod Dev Forums would have been a better idea yes)
This has nothing to do with world generation but rendering; it allows mods to add their own rendering after everything else has been rendered, based on what I've been able to gather from threads on the Forge forums:
Also, I believe the OP was actually asking for advice on mod development, not troubleshooting a modpack (I don't even think this would be mentioned in a crash report).
what is RenderWorldLastEvent, and when does it trigger?

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
