I'm kind of desperate, I'm sitting at this nullpointerexception for several hours now, but couldn't fix it.
Sesame_Plant = new BlockBasemod53(SesamePlantID).setUnlocalizedName("Sesame_Plant").setStepSound(Block.soundGrassFootstep).setHardness(0.0F);
It refers to this line.
What's bizarre is, that's my tenth crop or so and it always worked, but I redid the sesame several times and it still doesn't work and I can't even imagine, where it points, where's nothing...
You have a conflicting block id @252; it's already occupied by anagkai.Basemod.blocks.BlockBasemod54, whatever that is. You either messed up changing values within the config file, or (more likely) you are accidentally using "SesamePlantID" more than once.
BlockBasemod54 is the tomato plant.
And there's obviously something infernal going on, because I searched my whole stuff for "sesame", "tomato" and "252" and everything was as should be.
The SesamePlantID was both times 252, the TomatoPlantID was both times 253, the SesamePlantID only showed up on the correct occasions...
Should I just change both the ids, of the tomato plant and the sesame plant?

Try deleting your config file. If that doesn't work, post your entire block registration code rather than just one block's worth.
I redid all six plants including the tomato and sesame plant and added them one by one. It works now. But I found that I could not use block ids above 255. Is that normal?
If you are using Forge, you can use block IDs up to 4095, though I've seen mentioned elsewhere that you can only use up to 255 if you are adding your blocks during dimension generation or some such. I know for a fact you can have blocks higher than that for standard ore generation, as I've done it myself.
So are you using Forge? How are you using your blocks, as in are you doing any world gen with them?
I don't really know what you mean, but when I used ids above 255, it gave me an id conflict as well, but not with a minecraft block or one of mine, but with a forge class.
