I'm looking for someone who can make a modpack for me, or guide me through the process, as I'm useless when it comes to this kind of stuff.
I want a generally fantasy themed modpack and I've come up with the following list: (being in a rush I haven't put them in alphabetical order)

I'm sure I'm missing a lot of key/core mods/files, but as I said, I'm not very sure how to create a modpack without crashing my game a multitude of times.
If possible, I'd like to upload the modpack to the Technic Launcher once complete.
Does anybody have any tips on how to make the process easier or are willing to create the pack for me?
Looks easy enough to put together. Do you want it to be just a modge podge and able to run? Or do you want recipes to be changed? Anything custom about it at all? or just slapped together? Anything disabled or tuned?
From the looks of the mods I'm guessing you want it on 1.7.10?

Here is a link to download the pack i was able to gather a majority of the mods you requested with the exception of the more obscure mods and was able to successfully launch and play it with forge 1.7.10 i also couldn't get alfhiem to work but im sure someone else will be able to help you out with that to start playing it just down load the zipped file and in your windows search par type %app data% and hit enter the open the folder labeled .minecraft and just drop the folder into it be sure that you take the main folder out of the zip because sometimes it will put a folder in a folder when you zip it. once you have done this download the latest version of forge installer 1.7.10 Here it will do a decent job of walking you through the installation on its own. as for stability you cant really know until you've played it through and find any issues. but this should get you started, i don't use the Technic launcher at all so i cant help you on that front. I wish ya luck
P.S in the future you can use the curse launcher to put together packs rather easily then export the files to other sources as you wish they have a very intuitive system its what im using to publicize the current pack im working on "Guns N' Death"
Shipwrecks! is for a newer build than 1.7.10 so it didn't make the cut
Damage Indicators DL links haven't been kept up by the creator, I found it, but from a 3rd party website that I am COMPLETELY against.
Meme in a Bottle isn't available for 1.7.10 either. Unfortunately.
I also added a few addon mods in here to liven it up even more which I think you'll enjoy looking at the style of the pack.
Had to change a few configs due to some ID conflicts but didn't affect any of the gameplay itself.
I used 6G of RAM to load it up just fine, although I will say not sure if that's what the world is supposed to look like when loaded, with MCA and something to do with Botania, it was a pretty crazy first world, I think I spawned in the Alfheim but in an MCA village and everything was made out of living wood and living stone. I fixed that issue. The second world though was pretty sweet. I disabled MCA generating structures at setup, it seemed to like to generate way up in the sky, literally every time (even the village), but def feel free to re-enable that if you'd like.
It works great, and the few added mods are nice as well. I'm working on adding it to the Technic Launcher so hopefully I get that working too.

Edit: After the first time, it hasn't worked since, giving me an error saying it cannot find Botania.
I've attached the screen it shows when launching. I've done a full reinstall just to be on the safe side but it continues to show this screen. Will I need to remove the mod?
Hmmm that's interesting. Any chance you can upload the log? I'll check it out in just a bit here.
Are you loading it in the twitch launcher? Also if you want it on technic I can easily upload it there too, just takes a bit longer.
Edit: Yeah just loaded it up no problem at all. I'm guessing somehow it got turned off or removed by accident. If you open up that log and upload it or copy and past the last hundred or so lines of it into pastebin and link that I'll be able to see what's up.

Ah yes, so the problem with that is it's the export from the twitch app so it doesn't contain a lot of the actual mods in there just a "download switch"/script that runs through the twitch app.
Yeah, I'll 'compile' it and toss it up for you on technic tomorrow, shouldn't take too long, bit tired tonight or I'd do it now, sorry bro.
All good mate! I'll have a mess around with the twitch app and see if I can get it working through that. I just use Technic because I have a lot of modpacks through that already.
Edit: What's directory to turn MCA generation back on?
I haven't yet run it to verify it works, I'll do that now to make sure.

Sorry for the late reply, went on a short holiday.
I mostly just want them to all be put in one modpack and (hopefully) work together, as I enjoy most if not all of the features in each modpack.
And yes, I'm aiming for 1.7.10 or higher if possible.
