So I am making an adventure modpack and I was wondering how to have a preset world for the pack, much like there is in the Material Energy series. By this I mean that when the user creates a new world, it will always be an exact copy of a world that I have made. For example, I am going to be making the map a superflat wasteland with a large temple at spawn. I assume this is done by a mod, but when I looked in the mods folder for the Material Energy pack, I couldn't find any mods that obviously did this. However, I don't know much about most of the mods in the pack, and thus easily could have missed it. However, I did notice that the preset world is stored in a folder called "Template" in the pack's "Minecraft" folder.
Another thing I noticed about Material Energy^4 is that when you create a new world the world creation gui has been overidden so that the buttons for More World Options, Gamemode, etc. are not present. The only things on the screen are the "World Name" box, the "Create World" button, and the "Cancel" button. I assume this is also done by a mod, but, once again, I can't find the mod responsible.
Thanks in advance,
MaygeKyatt
P.S. This is my first post on the forums, so I'm not completely sure I put it in the right section of the forums. If I should have made it somewhere else, in the "Mods" section for example, please tell me, but don't be rude about it.
