Hi, I put the seed -613756530319979507, and when I entered the world, it changed to -5010419! Can someone explain me why? I really wanna play in some specific seeds, but they just keep changing automatically!

What version of Minecraft are you playing? Java, Bedrock, etc... I just loaded this seed in Java version and it did not change on me. In fact, it is a very cool island village spawn.
Seeds that are used in Java generate differently than ones in bedrock, and are generated at different values (Despite being the same seed). It's multiplied by a specific negative number that I can't recall currently.
If you enter anything into the Seed input box other than - and 0 thru 9 the input routine will assume that the entry is a text string and not a number.
This will cause the input routine to call Java's string.hashcode() routine to "hash" the text into a 32 bit signed integer, which BTW are considerably shorter than 64 signed numbers which is what most randomly generated seeds are.
Usually when someone enters a seed and they don't get that world and /seed shows a totally different one what they have done is enter an invisible space before or after the number that they tried to enter.
That invisible space causes Java's string.hashcode() routine to be invoked.
Unfortunately, I can't figure out what typo was made to cause "-613756530319979507" to be "hashed" into "-5010419".
It wasn't a simple space character.
