Note: I am not the owner of this realm. The following are the owner’s plans & rules of the realm.
Plan for this Realm (must read):
Azenland is an economy realm made for mature players only. This will ensure everyone’s items are safe and we can build a trusting environment. My focus is to have different settlements throughout the realm with different town names. I want most of the buildings to be medieval so if you are skilled at building those types of structures then that is perfect. The spawn area can be the main town where most of the stuff is held. I would like most players to help with building a spawn area before moving off to other areas. However, once towns are created elsewhere, you can choose a town you would like to build your house in. If that does not suit your fancy, you can also build your house away from towns in the wilderness. We would like for most players to have at least one town they belong to - whether they live there or not. That way you can own a shop and sell/trade items with other players.
Expectations and Rules:
We are looking for good builders and experienced players. After you submit an application for our realm, we will put you on trial for a week. You are not guaranteed to get into the realm, or even put on trial. We are very strict when it comes to adding players. When on trial, we will watch you closely and examine how well you can build and how well you get along with others. If we are not happy with your results, then you will sadly not qualify. We do not want this realm to go downhill. Finally, the basic rules.
INSTANT BAN:
-No Griefing
-No Duplicating
-No Hacking
-No Stealing
WARNING THEN BAN:
-No floating trees
-Do not enter someone’s property unless given permission
-No PvP unless agreed upon by both players
-Repair creeper holes
-YOU MAY kill someone if they enter your property. However, you must warn them that they are on your property before doing so.
