I'm having trouble with getting the water textures to work and the clouds also. If anyone could share their method working with PBR materials for those it would be most helpful.
the Beta version has just updated and now I'm getting texture pack load errors. Everything worked fine before.. 8( There is a message about updating your world to the latest version. Does anyone know how to do that? I thought it automatically updated
Am I missing some basic step? I know it's the beta, but something just seems off about my experience so far. The lighting is nice and dynamic, but nothing seems as dramatic as it is in the promo images. I'm not getting any godrays at all, the closest I get is a subtle haze in the taiga biome. Sea lanterns (and ONLY sea lanterns) don't light up at all, and the furnace fire when burning isn't incandescent (aka has shadows cast on it/is effected by lighting/doesn't glow). Most light sources become very dark in <3 blocks and then fall off from that brightness for the rest of their range. I didn't see any of this listed as a known issue and only found forum posts about 3rd party resource packs having not been updated.
Was I supposed to download a resource pack along side the RTX worlds? (I've been playing in the medieval world but have taken a look in most of the other ones too)
I know there's some fantastic 3rd party packs out there to download, but I was looking for the experience the Nvidia artists wanted to show me.
Seem to have the Emissive layer working in Photoshop, just need to turn it right down, work close to 0

Worked out the Emissive layer in PSP and Photoshop, just need to work closer to 0 to notice changes. 8) Here are some of the blocks in my pack.

Well found out you need .json file for every block you want to make a rt version for. See here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360051308931
