I have a world in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. The world is basically like a prison server (except in a world and using commands). I have mines in the world. When players mine the blocks I want them to have a chance of getting special items. How would I use commands to make so they have like a 1 in 1000 chance of getting a special item?
