I want to make some endermen sounds that actually say stuff (backward), but I can't make any audio that sounds close enough to an Enderman's. I'm using Audacity, and the distortion feature just sounds like a loud audio file.
Only people who actually made the sounds would really know, audacity is great but it is nowhere near what you'd need to create high quality audio. It may be pricey, but to get the highest quality effects and the widest range of options, Adobe Audition isn't a bad place to start.

They have to be played backwards in a high-pitched voice, just in case you're not doing the recordings high-pitched enough!
The enderman says "Hi", "Look for the eye" and "What's up" backward and distorted. I WANT TO KILL YOU. Joking or am I. Joking
