Our objective is to provide a vanilla gameplay and at the same time protect our buildings and items.
To accomplish this we use just a few plugins. Here is a list of the plugins we have installed:
-Deadbolt: Chest and door locking. Write [private] on the first line of a sign and place it on the chest/door so only you can open it. You can also set multiple owners if you want so.
-WorldGuard: Claim and protect your creations. If you protect a region only you will be able to build or destroy in it, and you can put multiple owners here too.
-LogBlock: A tool for identifying griefers and rolling back the damage caused by them. Just in case. Thanks to Cedeel for modifying it and making it more useful.
-BackUp: Will make security copies of the world. If the server crashes or whatever happens, the world will be totally restored using this.
-CommandBook: Adds addittional commands to players. Set a home with /sethome, go to home with /home. Or teleport to spawn with /spawn. It also allows for private messages with /msg (player) (message).
-SafeCreeper: Creepers will still explode and damage players and mobs, but will not damage blocks.
So far we have a stable and friendly community and several towns in the making. But there is still vast, vast amounts of unclaimed wilderness waiting for you to develop.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Anyone can join on a trial basis. During your trial period you will be unable to build or destroy and blocks. In order to be promoted to member you must do two simple things: 1. Register for our forum on our server's website (losthoe.cedeel.com) AND 2. Fill out an application on our server's forum. The questions are very simple, and this whole process should take you five minutes tops. Assuming you don't have a record on mcbans, we will promote you to member as soon as an admin or mod has a chance to review your application.
IT IS COMPLETELY FREE TO RECEIVE MEMBERSHIP PRIVELEGES
All that is required is filling out a simple application.
