Help me! I've seen other people with texture packs but I do not know how to get my own! Can someone please tell me how to upload textures and mods and skins? If you can I mean! Thank you i just really need to know.

for skins get blocklauncher and thne go to http://www.minecraftskins.net/ and you download any skin they have thats what i do or you can get skin creator off the app store it is lkie 2.00 dollar but im not sure because i already have it so yay thats how to get skinsalso the pro blocklauncher is 1.75 dollar ok.

Geeze.... I remember when block launcher was free and there WEREN'T any constant spaming of ads.

You can upload your mod and texture on mcpe universe.
