Sure, but heads up, a skin works on any device, I make them all on an iPad, but they can be applied to anything.

Skins are universal, they will work for every version on MCPE, only the GUI needs updating between versions, terrain, items, and skins will always remain constant (Disregarding that zombie pigmen texture will be put in 0.5.0)
