I'm trying to make a addon that adds a Kiwi. I want it to have almost the same behavior as the chicken, but with a different model and texture. When I try to spawn the kiwi, there is a shadow and I can punch and kill the entity, but it is invisible.

This usually happens when the paths to the model or textures are wrong, try checking this in your kiwi's resource pack.
Check these things too:
Behaviour pack:
JSON file
-component groups
Resource pack:
-Materials (if you're choosing "chicken" then you must copy the animations/animation controllers from the vanilla "chicken" file
-Textures (no typo)
-Geometry (no typo)
-animations/animation controllers (don't remove any of these)
Render Controllers
-Geometry (do not use [ ] brackets for your "Array.models/geos")
