Yeah, these arent really crucial things to be put into the game but they are choices of what people would want or prefer.

I really want a sky so I can see **** at night. Also beds, more mobs, armour etc. I want to be able to switch between creative and survival too (without using iExplorer)

True that, but if you wanna switch from survival to creative use iMCPEdit (Must be Jailbroken)

armor, bigger worlds, farming, redstone and redstone products, the nether, the end, caves, make it so you can put mods in to the pocket edition

How about increase the brightness level so you're not blind at night time? Even with torches I can't see anything. A furnace would be nice though... and a chest. Buckets... I could go on.
