Ultimately it's up to you, using a backup to get your stuff back if you mess up fighting the dragon or something could be considered cheating but the game crashing seems to me to be exactly the kind of thing that backups are for.
(I'm not really sure what you mean by "I troubled and I found more Structures", so I couldn't say if that affects how cheaty using the backup would be.)
If you use it to circumvent a failure by you when playing, then, yes, it's cheating. For recovering from a game glitch or crash, then no, that's what backups are for (to recover from software or hardware failures).
Starting a new world is always fun and interesting and if that is what you want, you should do it. But you shouldn’t feel obligated to suffer if the game fails you with glitches and corrupted chunks. The game is there to serve you and not the other way around.

Don't fret on it man. No it's not cheating regardless. Backups are made to restore failure. If you are using it as a feature to benefit yourself, it is still not cheating. It is what us old school gamers call, cheesing. If you cheese the system, you only have yourself to blame, and live with the morality of doing so. If you were running a server or realm and did this where other people were playing, I might call that cheating and point at you and call you a horrible person lol.
The game caused the crash. You lost stuff because of the failure. Due to reload, the game features changed. This was made by the game, the game is responsible. If anyone cheating, it is the game if you are trying to use logic. Backup before or after every game. Keep them separated until you know you no longer need the older ones, then delete.
I did not know that NBT change that backup, Actually the back up was June 25, but it later changed to July 4, I know I can get more weird glitch If I keep playing this backup world.
I have to back up files for now on, or else I will lose everything again and I should carefully modify my Minecraft and my hardware.

I believe that with games that have a flat out way to cheat, not just glitches and things to cheat (For example, in Minecraft you can just go to creative mode and get yourself a whole stack of diamonds, while there may be no way to cheat on other singleplayer games, only glitches and such), it's really up to you to think whether you want to do something or not, or whether you consider it cheating or not. So by giving you a way to cheat, the thought of cheating without using the actual cheat system seems really pointless. But, in the end, I believe that it's only cheating if you are comparing yourself to/competing with someone else, the rest is up to you whether it seems fair or not.
In my opinion, it's definitely not but apparently if you think you're violating some rule to yourself then I would just recommend starting a new world as you'll feel worse about yourself believing that you cheated. Since this is a sandbox game, ultimately the final decision for how you play it is up to you, so go crazy!
For every one thought I created a new world, and delete my corrupted world, no, I used a strange back up that travels back in time for like 1 week later.
I consider "back up" not cheating anymore. because, well I was stupid back then and think that it was cheating but no, I just remember my childhood when I try "copy-pasting my back up the world again and again when I die" but now no, I don't think that's the purpose of backups, like what McNubberson and Hexalobular said, It's fine as long as you have a valid reason like something got corrupted in your world.
Cheating generally means not playing by the rules in order to disadvantage someone. You don't just cheat, you cheat someone. In a single player game, only person to cheat is yourself.
Do you savor the satisfaction of beating the game via superior skill, or you just want to enjoy the results of your victory?
Do you enjoy the tension of knowing that failing will cost you a massive time investment, or prefer the knowledge you can safely restore from backup?
If you want the thrill, then you cheat yourself by using backups.
No because I did it on my realm when all of my villagers became zombies and I think it was one of my friends who did it. I had worked really hard and didn’t want all our progress gone. Don’t sweat it it isn’t cheating in my opinion and as long as your having fun it isn’t cheats.
... Gosh I hate myself for allocating more ram for minecraft, It only crashed my pc and destroyed my minecraft save.
So I got this backup Save back in jun 25, my latest save and I traveled and I found more Structures. Would this considered cheating?

Just testing.
Ooops, I spelled it wrong, It was traveled.
I agree with Hex.

I will start a new world, and consider the old one as a test world.

That's more like "save-scumming".

I say no even though my brother says yes
