Today I was killed by a creeper that exploded in a cave underground, that was coming from the back (i did not see it). I hate creepers, and i thinking what is the best thing to do to avoid being killed by a creeper that is coming from the backside and I hear the "fizz" sound. Any tips, tricks or so?
I did have iron armor and a shield to block the attack, but I thought it was possible to block the attack with a sword but i was killed by the explosion.
I need tips and tricks to easily avoid being killed because I hate losing all my XP and items due to a creeper and I had 30 XP levels while i was killed.

Shields, they can completely absorb the explosion damage of a creeper. The thing is if they come from behind you will immediately have to turn around and face the creeper shield up as soon as you hear its hiss.

By the time you hear the fuse; sprint away and spin around & shield block are the main options (Punch2 or Knockback2 may also work if you favor those enchantments, YMMV)
Avoiding this in the first place is my preferred method, so:
light everything as one goes (including all the ledges which often means one wants to work a ravine/large cave downwards from the top)
temporarily seal and mark any openings one is bypassing (including the ceiling)
maintain a line of retreat (and not up some parkour style stairs) running away can open the space needed to safely bowshot the critter
a full suit plus shield of protection-4 diamond does wonders for survivability, but won't be an early game solution
There are also situational tricks
using water to push mobs away can help eg at blind corners (particularly with depth strider3 the player has a notable speed advantage)
jumping off a low cliff can be preferrable to being on ground-zero of a creeper blast is in poor armor (just make sure you have blocks to pillar back up)
taking out the eye-level corner block can sometimes give a much inproved view of a new area (but be ready to pop it back)
oak (or savana/jungle, but these are less likely to be available early) doors allow one to see what is on the other side before opening.

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
There's really nothing you can do in a large open area that has many connections (some of which probably go in a direction you cannot see into). The best advice for this is to be cautious and take a good look around first before running out into the open. When I do it, I make note of any tunnel exits so I have a good long/large place to run to if the area turns out to be full of danger. If the room is particularly nasty with regards to cave generation (ie, lots of entrances in directions I can't see from my vantage point or no safe and quick way to get to another spot), I'll criss-cross from one tunnel to another to get additional looks.
The really hard-to-handle situation is the swiss-cheese corners and dutch-angle holes where a mob could see you without you immediately noticing it. What makes them particularly hard to handle is that there's likely a nearby hole for you to fall in when you do react to the sudden hissing of a creeper you don't see or get plunked by a skeleton, and that typically has even more mobs in it that you didn't know about.
Use "/gamerule keepInventory true" so even if you do die from creeper explosions you keep your inventory
I hate cheating and do not want to cheat. I want to play with achievements and if cheating is allowed they simply gets deactivated. I play minecraft PS4.

The creeper exploded in a cave in a ravine, i was killed even if i had full iron armor and on normal difficulty. I did not have time to knock it back or attack it, i tried to block the attack with my sword but i was killed by the creeper x_x.
Now I was again killed by a creeper in a cave, lost also my things and sword, i forgot to block the attack by a shield (i had it in the offhand) but i forgot using it while I heared the "tzzzz" sound.
Here is a video while the creeper explodes and kills me:
Please comment what that could be done to avoid being killed by the explosion please =)

Nothing, you should have be more thorough honestly. You didn't bother to check your left before moving forward which caused your demise.
Second, tunnel vision. You are not checking what's around you.
I suppose this comes from playing a lot of FPS games, but I got a habit of making quick 360 degree survey every few seconds in dangerous areas. On PC, it is just a quick left-right flick of the wrist. I also often play MC in VR, where I can simply glance around.
I will often put a bar of cobblestone one block off the floor across a passage, to make sure most stuff cannot follow me. Light up the area thoroughly. Coming to any intersection, do not rush forward, check side corridors.
One hard-to-avoid cause of creeper deaths is when they drop next to you from high up in a ravine; then they can explode almost instantly. (Taking damage from the fall shortens their fuse, apparently.)
Lately I try to explore the top of an underground ravine, lighting it up, first before spending much time on the bottom.
Specifically in the video, at second 11 you are going into passage while not even checking the dark area to your left. You are just meandering through very poorly lit, rather open area. That is a recipe for disaster.
Might be a good idea to look for some MC caving tips videos on Youtube.

What do you mean with "NEARLY enough torches"? Did I on the video look in all openings before proceeding? Should I have used the shield while I heared the "tzzzzz" sound to protect myself from being killed by the creeper?

What it means is you are moving through a mob infested area, placing an occasional torch while leaving open unlighted passages all around you. You also don't check your six often enough.
Which leaves creepers plenty of opportunity to sneak up on you from behind.
Always make sure area behind you is mob-proof. Light up. Block off unexplored dark areas. Build temporary walls in open areas. And if you are not 100% certain that area behind you is safe, do a quick 360 survey every few seconds.
I don't think I ever let a creeper sneak up on me like that...
On the video it shows that I found a small hole from the upper part, there possibly the creeper came from.
I think it came from the left. As soon as you walked to place that torch before turning right I could hear other footsteps coming from the left back area.

Better armor; you may have well not have any armor at all; the armor that I wear is enough to survive two consecutive close-range explosions (chestplate and leggings each with Protection IV, plus Feather Falling IV boots, on Normal difficulty in 1.6.4; in my modded worlds, which nerf player armor, I make up for that by adding Protection IV to my boots; likewise, it is possible to offset the changes to armor in 1.9+ - even when going to Hard difficulty (for the same post-armor damage); even when a creeper recently jumped down in a hole I'd made while mining ores and exploded inside of me I only lost 4 hearts (6 is the worst-case due to enchantments offering random protection in 1.6.4; since 1.9 (Java) the protection is constant. Note that damage will be less in most cases as the maximum damage requires that you are in the same space and entity collision normally prevents that). It has been so long since I last died from a creeper that it is a bit embarrassing (mentioned here).
Also, this is what good lighting looks like; I've been told that I waste time and resources placing so many torches, especially considering that I have brightness set to Bright, but this is what I do to get good visibility and you can make 2048 torches with a single stack of logs, with the coal needed taking less than an hour to collect (I have my monitor properly calibrated, and use a self-made mod to make light level 0 appear totally black, even on Bright; on my older computer it was dark even in vanilla); I even light up areas exposed to the sky, and pillar up to light the ceilings of larger caves:
