I have been working on an Iron Golem farm and it doesn't work. I have created this farm before, and it has worked. I have 10 villagers, 24 doors that have access to the sun. What am I doing wrong? (See video link)
It looks to me like half the doors have no daylight exposure at all. They have water or blocks covering sky access on both sides (water is not a fully transparent block, it attenuates light, so it counts as a roof block). Doors need more full sky exposure on one side within 5 blocks (not counting the block the door is placed on) to be validated as a house.

Is there a gap between the far end of the iron farm and the water? (Opposite the construction site or whatever that big square hole is.)
It's hard to tell but it looks like the water there would block the sunlight on that side of the doors?
Also are there any villagers at the other end? (They can only detect doors up to 16 blocks away.)
Just testing.
I agree with Hexalobular,
