are these items enough to exploring caves ?
The 'big thing' I've found to work for caving without getting killed is doing it is small steps (at least until one has maxed out gear).
The armor and weapons shown look sufficient, but I'd add:
a stack of wood,
a stack of charcoal,
a stone shovel (faster when you hit dirt or gravel),
a half stack of ladders,
a stack of signs,
a water bucket,
and a stack of dirt (or other junk block) for sealing entrances...
a few doors (oak by preference) and more arrows would also be nice to have....
[I'd not carry sticks (easy enough to craft), or bread (better a full stack of steak), and possibly not the third (damaged) shield – assuming you have one equipped.
About the arrows, one has a bucket and a safe tree farm (doesn't need to be big – 4 trees with crops around them in a 10x12x10 room underground is fine); I'd recommend building a cobble generator and using it to build a dark room mob farm – even without hoppers and relying on 'missing corners item collection' this is the safest way to build up a supply of arrows and other drops. It takes longer than crafting, but doesn't run the risks of gravel mining. [Collecting wild eggs is fairly safe, but I'd avoid having to lead chickens any distance with seeds unless well equiped or in a safe area.]

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
The reason Hardcore mode seems so unforgiving isn't because it's actually hard (it's just hard mode with permadeath), it's because it harshly reveals just how dumb and careless you've been as a player. The better your eq gets, the dumber you'll act (even if it's not on purpose).
I hate to revive such an old topic, but does anyone have tips on managing The End's outer islands in hardcore? The enderdragon is manageable with enough potions and other magical items, but getting to end cities by ender pearl teleportation is really risky when one mis-aim hits a wall and sends you plummeting into the void with no time to throw another pearl up and save yourself.
Forget the misthrows, all of the end islands are crawling with endermen. Even a good throw can end badly because you ended up accidentally eyeballing an endermen where the pearl landed.
If you're not going to risk the throw, your only other option until elytra is to build bridges. How fancy or functional you make them is entirely up to you, but I personally find it annoying having to deal with endermen on a tight bridge when there are literally thousands of large islands surrounding me full of the enderhorde. A 2-tall covered bridge, or a bridge otherwise proofed against endermen is a quick way to fix that.
If you are going to risk the throw, consider combining the pearl with ladders. Switch to the ladder while the pearl is still in the air and then press the sneak key. When the pearl lands, if it happens to hit the side of an island you can then instantly place a ladder and catch it when you start falling. You will most definitely wish to do some excessive practicing with this to get the timing/positioning down, because if you don't grab the ladder on time you're falling to your death.
Another option is to use water to build down a "pearl wall". The pearl wall is a simple wall that stretches far enough downwards that it has a greater chance of catching a misthrown pearl that's been slightly undershot. The further down you go, the greater the leeway you have. If you then front this wall with a sheet of water (which ender pearls just pass through), you can then swim up to the island and continue on. All that water will probably cause a bit of lag, however. Islands that are close enough that you typically overshoot and build the wall upwards instead.

If you want tips for hardcore mode, try watching a series on Youtube (Xisumavoid and some friends recently started one) and learn from what they do.
My hardcore method:
1. Stay away from caves.
2. First day, dig down and make yourself an underground bunker. (plant wheat and trees underground too)
3. Only come out in daylight.
4. At night stay inside and dig for resources.
5. Put down torches everywhere you dig so no MOBs can spawn in your tunnel system.
6. If your tunnel system breaks into a cave or chasm, wall it off and stay out of it.
7. Once you have diamond armor and sword, plus enchanted bow with infinity, THEN it's safe to start exploring caves.
As said above, stay outta caves. Dig your own well lit mine from your base.
Make a bed asap. Always have it with you when out and about. The moment sun touches horizon, put the bed out and sleep.
are these items enough to exploring caves ? , i buy the diamond chestplate from blacksmith villager for 16 emerald which is nice.

Thanks for the tips! I never thought of using ladders or water before for that.
