Not sure how to upload my world so I have attached some screenshots of my farm. it has 10 villagers in it and 40 doors. It is originally from "NimsTV". this farm works in my testing world but I'm not sure why it won't work in my survival world. it is 97 blocks from the nearest door. and 97 blocks from the nearest village (villager breeder). it is relatively close to my bed but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Construction looks okay (as much as I can see from your pics, anyway). If you are sure there are 10 villagers in there, then it should work. How long have you waited? That smaller NimsTV style farm does not occupy the entire golem spawn area, so it's a little slower as a result, but you still should get a golem every 7 or 8 minutes on average.
There is enough room under the build limit to sack 3 of them above sea level, and that improves efficiency and output. I built a 6 village farm back in 1.8 that uses 2 such stacks and it outputs quite a lot of iron.
Thanks for looking! I’ve waited multiple times for 15 minutes and more and still no spawning. There are 10 villagersbut occassionally one of them will get stuck with another( don’t know if this can cause problems).
The reported distance to the nearest validated door is fine, presence of a bed doesn't matter, the villagers "occassionally one of them will get stuck with another" has no effect (unless they are crowded enough to start dying and your holding cell looks fine).
10 villagers is the listed minimum so that shouldn't be an issue and the Nims mini farms are small enough none of the doors can go out of registration distance...
Have you checked inside the golem spawner to be sure they aren't somehow hanging in the water streams?

Villagers have an annoying habit of mysteriously disappearing or dying in iron farms. There have been a number of threads discussing this problem on the forums, but none have found a definitive answer to the cause of villagers going missing. Double-check your villager count, or add a few more just to be sure.
When I build iron farms I make the villager pods into carrot farms and make sure that one of my starter villagers is a brown coat farmer class (farmer, fisherman, fetcher, shepherd). That way I only need to place 2 starter villagers and they self-breed until there are enough for golem spawning, and when one goes AWOL it will automatically be replaced. This will work even with the smaller NimsTV style farm because golems won't spawn on tilled farmland.

If you can please add suggestions!!!!

With forty doors you will get 14 villagers.
I added two new villagers to the holding area and it started producing iron golems within the next minute!! thanks for the help!!
