This thread just proves that someone somewhere can find something to ***** about with anything. Also that some people view a challenging situation as something to give up on instead of something to overcome.
I hate jungle biomes:
Me: WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! *Jumps off a tree and accidently falls in a ravine with lava*
Game over!
ME: DAAAAAAAAAAAARN ITTTTTTTTTTTT!
Moral: Never jump into a ravine.

I hate jungles, and for some reason, Minecraft gives me jungle biome spawns. I think about 70 percent of the time I end up spawning in a jungle biome. Then I delete the world.

I'm still using Windows 7.
I said this. Two days later, my computer's motherboard melted down and I had to get a new one with Windows 8.
yeah well if you think about it everyone there is really no good place to spawn.
Swamp is ok...sorta i mean i HATE the grass in the swamp dont like it at all.
Hills...well there ok i guess you just cant find 1 tree and there is tons of places where u could fall to your death
Snowy...I think everyone should know what it is....
Jungle..In the jungle the mighty jungle the lag kills me tonight...
Ocean...*coughs*
Island... Its ok but no pigs or trees...The end..
I mean there is so many bad places to spawn. Is there 1 good place to spawn at all??? Tell me what kinda biome should be added to the game...Thanks
They should add a biome that's ALWAYS your spawn called "Spawn" with some trees nearby and flat land nearby to build on.
With some hills incase you wanna get a great view of the world, or make an in-mountain house.
Yeah i mean i make lots of maps all the time im making 1 right now il put a link once done...But getting a really good spawn is the key i mean if i get a really good spawn its really easy to World edit it But spawning in a place where there is nothing but hills or mabey an island it can get really anoying
I love spawning in jungle but I HATE spawning in desert, theres like nothing to do or build with so then I spend that first day looking for a suitable biome to co exist in :/

Spawning in the jungle is quite nice. You have a good access to wood and it's super easy to build your first shelter. I don't like cutting down the big trees, but there are plenty of smaller trees around as well. As for shelter I either climbs the vines on a large tree and make myself a tree house (small wooden platform and leaves as walls and roof) or I punch some leaves to make a little cave down at the ground to hide in. The nice thing about leaves as a roof is that you can clearly see when the morning comes.
The worst biomes have to be ocean and small islands in the oceans where you don't have any trees. Spawning on a small island with a tree isn't that bad as you can at least make your self a boat before you start exploring the ocean.
After ocean biomes I would say deserts are pretty bad as well, this too is because of the lack of wood.
Marsh biomes are really ugly, but at least these biomes gives you easy access to the supplies you need to get out of the biome (wood and mushrooms for food), I also likes to collect the lily pads as these makes for nice stepping stones across rivers.
Swamps are the best biome in the game. You can build on them easily and there's still plenty of wood! Although you just hope there's mountains nearby and cave entrances seem to be less common there.
The worst biome besides the obvious ocean, imo, is taiga. It's just so...drab, and some tundra goes on foreeeeever. I don't particularly like spawning in forests either because even though wood is readily available, it's more of a pain in the ass to build anything, I either have to hope there's a decent building biome nearby (luckily there usually is) or I find a small cave entrance I can build around before nightfall.
I once spawned on a grassland island with no trees, and while there were trees on a nearby landmass, that landmass had just a tiny peninsula of mountains (with no cave entrances!), some grassland, a swamp (the only decent terrain around), and then in one direction an endless ocean, in one direction a huge forest, and in another direction an endless tundra plain (seriously, it went on forever). Needless to say I quit that one pretty quick.
Wow, for me swamp biomes are nothing but cave entrances! And that last paragraph actually sounds like an awesome world to me.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.

Irony in the first degree.
