When i plays Minecraft in survival i use this command: "/GameRule KeepInventory true", and with it i don't lose my items when die. does That can screw up my gameplay in survival mode??
No, it doesn't screw up gameplay. I believe the messaging will still say it got toggled even if you get the case wrong, leading you to believe it's turned on when in fact it really isn't (thereby you may still lose your items) so you may want to test it with a "safe" death that's easily retrievable (or just chest all your stuff and die nekkid).
Doesn't do much but you won't lose your items when you die. Makes the game a lot more easier but overall, doesn't really affect gameplay much. The only difference is that you know that death has no consequences.
Doesn't really change much imo. Personally I use that and a few others before I start, but I absolutely MUST use /gamerule doFireTick false to keep any naturally caused fires under control and thus keep the lag under control.

~Your_Life is now AFK I don't care if you hate Comic Sans. I'm going to keep using it.
Nope. All you lose is the thing where you drop all your items when you die. If you enjoy the mechanic where you drop all your items when you die -- and a lot of people do, as part of the challenge -- then you lose out by turning it off because you lose that part of the challenge. If you find it frustrating and annoying instead of interesting and challenging -- as I do -- then go ahead and turn it on -- as I do. It's a game, it's supposed to be fun. :-)
I do wish there was some sort of intermediate setting -- for example, a game rule where you keep your inventory when you die, but lose your experience. Or durability loss on some of the items? I still really dislike dying and try very hard to avoid it even though there's no real consequence except for the annoyance of having to get back to wherever I was when I died and feeling silly. But I think it would be nice if I could impose some consequence while still keeping my stuff.

All it does is make you not lose your items when you die. That's all. Nothing else is changed.
