So i'm about to start an offline Skyblock 2.0 map, and would like a way to have he challenge list incorporated into the map. Not really a need, more of a want since having to constantly look up the list and check items off is a pain. I'm planning on doing all 50 challenges and would like to have an in-game reference.
I'm sure I could do it using a command block, bu i've never used a command block and don't know the first thing about them. My next thought was to just make a giant wall of signs, one for each challenge. That way I could destroy the signs as the challenges were completed and keep track that way. The only problem with that is 50 signs will take up quite a bit of room no matter how I place them. That, and the fact that in order to actually read the signs they'd have to be very close to my island which might affect expansion,
Why not just print out a LIST and check them off as you finish them. If you want you could create your own achievement wall or achievement room/structure and put up a sign when you get the achievements instead?
As for command block I'm sure it's possible but would be fairly complex with so many goals to track.
Books. Or, perhaps, even just one book. If you don't sign it, you can edit your achievements in as you get them. If this is a vanilla-style skyblock (versus a modded style), you could attempt to place a storage minecart into a bookshelf and store your challenge books there; if you can get them all in one book, though, you may just want to simply mount it on an item frame.

So all you creative people, any ideas?

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
