Villages make for easy starts, as a rule. Got any projects or goals in mind?
Yes, next update I will probably start working on building a house in the mesa biome. And later, when I gather more materials, I might make a Western-style town.
Generally yes because if pictures aren't in spoilers stuff on the page will move around as they load. Pics in spoilers still have to load and will slow down the page but at least they won't make things keep moving around. If you're just posting thumbnails leaving them out of spoilers might be OK.

Geographicraft (formerly Climate Control) - Control climate, ocean, and land sizes; stop chunk walls; put modded biomes into Default worlds, and more!
RTG plus - All the beautiful terrain of RTG, plus varied and beautiful trees and forests.
Found a dungeon while caving, but with pretty bad loot.
First diamonds!!
Went exploring and found a swamp (no witches though)
Built myself a small adobe home in the mesa (next update I'll work on furnishing it)
I tried putting the images in the spoiler and they were a bit small, however when I tried to enlarge them they became blurry. Is there any way to make the images in the spoiler bigger without decreasing the quality?
Looks like the Curse image system won't let you put those in spoilers (there's no link to the fullsize), so you'll have to do them as attachments. They're probably small enough to be OK.

I suggest you change to another texture pack that's not confusing. Yeah, you're right, next time I will probably either switch to Faithful or edit the image for diamonds. Otherwise, this is one of the good journals! Thanks!
Update 4 has come! Just wanted to let you know, those of you that love stuff like guardian farms and complicated redstone projects, sorry I won't be doing much of that in this journal because I totally suck at redstone! xD
-Next update I will explore the Nether more, try and get a blaze rod for brewing purposes, and work on the storage room.
ATTACHMENTS
Dug out a small area for a nether portal and storage under the house.
Went caving and found some obsidian for the nether portal.
Also, you may build "historical and sacred" things, like temples, monuments, and statues. And you could try money, shops, bridge, monopolying land... lots of things to do.

Ooh, good ideas! I love building shops and marketplaces.
So.. I have decided to start a new survival world and make a journal of it. (Forgive me if I make some mistakes uploading images, I'm new :P)
World Stuff:
Seed: 75913853097930205
Cheats: OFF
Bonus Chest: OFF
Generate Structures: Yes
Picture 1: One of the reasons why I chose this seed.
Picture 2: Just gettin' some wood.
Picture 3: First pickaxe...
Picture 4: Now that's a good trade if I ever did see one.
Picture 5: First iron!
Check daily for updates!

Next update, should I put the pictures in a spoiler?

What do you guys think I should build after I finish the storage room? I'm kinda running out of ideas xD
>> Implying I have a signature
Probably a farm, a barn, and an air transportation. Everyone does these nowadays.

Well, there's the Western town you talked about. And there's always walking around, mapping, and looking. I always find that inspiring.

You can use villagers too. (Probably you'll need a "duplication house" for them.)

What texture pack are you using?
Robert Gerk
As he/she said, Naturus but he/she will change to Faithful soon.
