The ones who aren't shouldn't need to download SPC because they already have it.
And, they shouldn't have to set it to peaceful because it already is.
And why change spawn using a mod when you can do it without.
I'm a survival player who uses SPC to fly, remove drowning, and instantly mine like Classic Minecraft. Why? Because I could care less about how I play a sandbox game. No need to be condescending to people who're playing copies of the game you didn't purchase.
OT: There's a thread in 1.8 Discussion forum that clarrifies this. It'll be similar to when the seeds were introduced patches ago. All that'll happen is you'll need to travel further outward to newer chunks. That's about it, mate! If worse comes to worst, just grab InvEdit, give yourself some huge-ass stacks of mats and go build your dream! You can build an even BETTER world! :laugh.gif:
You don't have to be. Minecraft isn't exactly a difficult game. It isn't like there's a massive difference between the things survival and creative people do, anyways. The only real "surviving" there is to do is to build a small shelter the first night. After that, "survival" is a nonissue.
You are either:
1) Asking Notch to stop updating.
2) Asking Notch to stop adding location-bound features.
Either way, these are the things I LIVE for. So if you are insulting these, you are insulting my LIFE. And if that is the case, then you and I have a serious problem here.

Iv had 3 world's, a beta 1.3 world that I never got dediated to and deleted, Another 1.3 map that i got a bit dedicated to, but got corrupted by mods, a beta 1.5 world that i got very dedicated to (through the use of mods) but i didint like the world and i got tired of the mods, and i couldent uninstall them without corrupting my world, so i deleted that one to and made my current one i made the day 1.7 first came out, witch i also got very dedicated to, and avoided the use of mods, so its likly il stay dedicated to. (i hope) however i have been unable to find any wolves at all, even though i have 2 stacks of bones D:

something completly random, probobly consisting of the word epic at least one. Examples, "Epicness in a can" "Wall o' epic" "Epic episode III, the return of Epic" etc.
When Beta 1.6 came out, I just deleted the files corresponding to the places I hadn't messed with. I went out a few blocks, a new chunk generated, and, magically, there was tall grass!

I don't delete the old ones, though. I still have my Alpha 1.2.5 world.
Things I wish I could do: Undo everything I ever did on the internet before the year... I dunno... 2013
