Notch seems to be continuing his previous sentence about the clan cloaks for employees, he is likely referring to some sort of cloak or clothing item that he will be wearing, that's why it is extremely rare, and rarer than the cloaks all the employees have.

Also, I agree with the above poster. You may have an idea, but it would be much more useful if it was stored in a better place.

There are already tons of threads on this topic. I suggest you post on one of those.
