There was 'sky dimension' before beta 1.9 .
It was replaced to 'End'.
I hope it replaced as world type.
If it would be added, it generates same things as default, except ocean, bedrock, etc.
and it should have its own biome.

No, it wouldn't. Just because a mod made a Sky Dimension-like location, that doesn't mean it can't be added. Mojang can add things that differ from the Aether.

you are missing my point, if they were going to add a sky dimension it would most likely be the aether since it is so popular.
The aether is a different dimension, this would be normal minecraft terrain generated floating. And, if would have all the normal biomes, only "floating". Minecraft already had this GREAT feature back in time. Example:
No... Mojang would not code tonnes of different blocks and mobs and features just for a specific world type. Not to mention the community outrage at their complete copying of the Aether.
