Now that adventure mode allows for breaking blocks, shouldn't we have an option to make all blocks unbreakable? custom maps have enough cheaters and you can easily craft a shovel or pick to break a map
there should be a gamerule or something disabling all breaking of blocks except maybe torches and levers and such, in adventure mode!

It allows for breaking blocks with the designated tool. Unless you give the player a stone pickaxe and make the room out of iron ore, you aren't going to have a problem. A player can't just "craft a shovel and grief" because:
They first need a crafting table
They next need two sticks and a wood plank/cobblestone/iron ingot/gold ingot/diamond
These two items need to be near each other; I.E, the player has to collect the materials and be in the same room as the crafting table in order to use it. And finally
The room needs to be made of a material capable of being broken by whatever tool the player somehow manages to magically craft
It's realistically impossible for a player to break out of an area in adventure mode, unless you're giving them an axe in a wooden room for some reason...
Beyond that, this has been suggested before. Making use of this exact same argument, to be exact.

all valid points, but free roaming maps, like the one I'm planning allow for exploring, no boundaries, so they can find the stuff in dungeons or mineshafts or what not. As for the been said before, there are no current topic I could find, so I'd rather start new than necro one with no relevant comments, all I'm suggesting is a gamerule addition, not a whole new gamemode
