Eh...its seems weird to give it to snow golems and not iron. I dont see how it is OP as long as they dont spawn in villages or something. If its servers then servermasters could just disable the feature.
I dont find this as op either. Truely see nothing but more fun coming from this. However id much rather have more creatures on our team so that we can make some interesting battles against evil mobs
Its not mandatory to build your iron golems this way, which is what these people need to see. Its important to realize that this is optional, and its also important to realize that "options" are always good for a video game.
Your question "how would it work?" I thought was a bit silly as you can let your imagination roam freely and come up with plenty of nice ways to make it work. Enchanting name tags and place it on the iron golem, enchant the pumkin before making the golem, throw a splash potion with the enchantment you want the golem to have, place enchanted armor on the golem, etc

Its a video game
What I meant is that it could be used to verify any suggestion, no matter how good or bad.
You do realize i didnt say what your point was in the thing you quotted right? Are you still talking to me?
Whats not your point?
"Your argument is essentially invalid because of this reason"
It appears you *think* i didnt understand your point the first time you replied, the 2nd time, and now the 3rd time. So im going to say what i think your point is and you tell me if im right or wrong.
Your point is, since "its just a video game" can be used to justify something that is bad or good, i cannot use it to say that it hardly matters what you choose to make enchanted iron golems because one could choose something that is bad and doesnt make sense. It will make the game less fun
However what i keep trying to tell you is i agree with that, however its not my purpose in saying it's just a video game.
What im trying to tell you is through saying "its just a video game", im pointing out that unlike in real life where you cant create something out of thin air and expect people to roll with it, in a video game you can and there are numerous examples of this in minecraft. One of the most obvious examples is placing a pumpkin on 4 iron blocks to make a iron golem. This doesnt make a lick of sense, there are other ways to do this to make it make more sense even for a video game like making us use magic but nope, its just regular iron and a pumpkin. Or how about a pig being struck by lightining to turn into a half pig, half man, half zombie...... also an out of the box idea but its a video game. Just as long as it works well and is fun, nothing else matters.
Im not using "it is a video game" to justify any action, im using it to say that theres an almost infinite amount of ways to make something good. This is true without question and i can come up with more examples if needed. My argument is i think its silly to ask which one should be picked, how would it work, as it can work in an infinite amount of ways because its a video game. And we are just talking about enchanting iron golems. Its a bit hard to come up with a bad way of doing that and thinking the idea was good.
Your question would be less silly to me if we were talking about how to kill a new dragon but enchanting an iron golem? I believe choosing something good for that idea is as easy as opening figuring which hand is your left hand for a video game.
For example if you put the protection enchant on the pumpkin then the iron golem would be harder to kill.
Sharpness would increase its damage. So on and so on.
It is a curious idea. I would like to see more description though.

NO SUPPORT.
..They wouldnt spawn that way in villages. If you think its important maybe normal iron golems could get nerfed a bit.
Could you kindly explain why?

How would enchanting blocks work? (During some stage of construction, the pumpkin exists as a placed block, which cannot hold enchantments.)

Anything is possible in a video game
That argument could be used in favour of nearly any suggestion.

Precisely, my entire point in saying it.

Yes... what you meant lies the key to understanding what im talking about... we agree with each other...
That's not my point. Your argument is essentially invalid because of this reason.

That's not my point. I was asking HOW enchanting blocks could work. Mojangcrasoft isn't going to do this for you. You need to tell me howw.
