plasma is a state of matter which you get by heating gas a lot , you have to heat it at heats comparable to the sun so there are no ways that you can do it with out machines that haven't been invented and minecraft is based on the medivial ages
Yeah, with all those things that are TOTALLY medieval like giant robots, a default player skin
wearing a t-shirt and jeans, blocks of solid iron, glass (Most windows in the medieval era were
actually just holes in the wall, occasionaly with iron bars.) and portals to Hell (Which also appear
in futuristic games like Doom).
I'm pretty sure that Minecraft is based on a guy getting stranded in a strange land.
There was never an actual time period provided. To say it's medieval just because
you craft pointy metal sticks with wooden handles is like saying "Well, I found a dead
leaf in my backyard, so I think I live in a wasteland".
Or, they could jus say that you used super duper magical theme-fitting heating powers
to convert gas into plasma. Another fun fact: Fire is a plasma. They had fire long before
medieval times.

But why use magical means to create something usually used in sci-fi?

Because if we ever DARED to suggest anything more technilogically
advanced than a pair of socks, the world would implode, accodring to the
guardians of the undefined and ever-changing theme of Minecraft.

That wasn't my point; I mean in general plasma is generally considered sci-fi, which is usually mutually exclusive with fantasy magic.
I don't know. How does going out and slaughtering a bunch of animals allow you
to give your tools magical powers? How do the living dead rise form their graves
to prowl the land and devour tasty brains? How does melting a bunch of sand in an
oven give you a perfectly-formed, 1-meter-by-1-meter cube of glass? How does setting
some volcaninc glass on fire open up a gate to a magical subterranian world full of
depressed, flying jellyfish that cry before firing ordnance out of their mouths?

The main point of the critics is not just that it does not fit, but that it's unoriginal and overpowered.

All that still makes more sense than duct-taping together globs of ionized gas into a functional blade.

Blue jeans, if I remember correctly from a history textbook ,were invented somewhere around the 1860's(I think)because the gold miners needed durable pants to keep the heavy tools from ripping their pants. I forgot why they decided to dye them blue.
Steve is a miner.
And he carries tools.

Message me yours if you want to trade in Animal Crossing: New Leaf or just need some friends to play with. I can also do Pokemon trades in Pokemon X(or Y), but I don't have any good stuff, and the only good stuff I have is not for trade so...send me requests anyway.

as you said he's stranded on an island so how does he get such advanced machines if hes stranded on an islandfire is not plasma
only the sun and hotter is
Dude, fire is plasma. Here's the definition from Wikipedia "In physics and chemistry, plasma (from Greek πλάσμa, "anything formed") is a state of matter similar to gas in which a certain portion of the particles is ionized."Nothing to do with heat (I maybe wrong). Also if fire isn't plasma then what state of matter is it? Can't be solid, liquid or a gas, so the only other state of matter is plasma.

is swear fire is not plasma ask any scientist also there are other states of matter fire is a mixture of gases

Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flame and read the first paragraph. Also it can't be a gas because gases fill in the space they are in, for example if you put a bucket of Carbon Dioxide in a room, it'll act like a like a liquid and sink down and fill in the space at the bottom or float and fill in space at the top (if less dense), while with fire if you put fire anywhere, it's shape can't change not matter where you put it. And there's only 4 states of matter, Liquid, Solid, Gas, and Plasma, there's no other state of matter. You also gave no evidence that you're right in your post about fire being a gas.
"Air" is composed of Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, etc., all of which can be made to plasma.

Iron golems aren't machine. Golems are magically animated statues made of whatever material. Redstone is, well, magic!
i never meant iron golems i meant machines to make plasma
how do you contain plasma
