Leaves that are perpendicular and adjacent to the trunk (on top of it doesn't counts) have 35 % chance of droping a stick
Leaves that are in diagonal and adjacent to the trunk (on top of it counts) have 25 % chance of droping a stick
Once you remove the last trunk, or in better words, once the tree starts decaying, all adjacent leaves to the trunk (perpendicular and diagonal) have 15 % chance of instantly droping a stick.
One idea per post, please! Also, go in detail about your idea! What are the chances? What kinds of trees? Better chances if you break a leaf or let it decay? DETAIL!
Just a simple question you might want to ask yourself: Why would this be added?
Sticks are preety easy to obtain, and what's the point of having a "Sharp tool" that breaks easly and for which you need to search rocks for to find the material needed to craft it? By the time you do so you have enough iron for a full set of tools so you won't need this.
Because you know, realism.
Also when making a suggestion it should be something subtle or else it's a mod suggestion.
I removed the sharp tool idea since that's another thing i'm working on

REALSIM???? Minecraft ISN'T real life. Sure, some aspects of real life should be added to Minecraft, but we don't need tons and tons and tons of it. For the love of all that is holy and pure, I would really want to stop seeing all these "Minecraft needs to be more like real life" suggestions.
I've already played a mod before where you couldn't punch trees. You had to pick up rocks off the ground and sticks from limbs. Then you couldn't make ovens. You had to make covered wood piles to get charcoal that burned for a day or more. To cook food you needed a campfire made from rubbing sticks.

NO WAY! do you remember the name? i'm working on something kinda like this, but instead of using the 2x2 to make simple stuff, you just right click on something, a corsair appears, and you click on something else to craft, this system is really hard. i could manage to make something quite buggy, yet it works. The idea of this mod is to be played with a custom map i already have made.

Welp, there goes this suggestion.
Yup.

Sounds painful.
