I like this idea but they are still useless against iron golems seeing as they don't notice them.
Technically that makes sense seeing as zombies only care about eating living flesh (iron golems aren't alive, so zombies will disregard them).

It's not far compared to other things, just minor buffs to single mobs that have a small chance of appearing. Charged creepers with more health and fire resistance are Vech's job.

my beds in the corner does that mean monsters are going to be under my bed?
or even jumping on my bed?
its already hard enough to get music discs thou.
why change the behavior of skeletons even more.
and i only have 6/12 of them.

I love this idea! Mobs really do need an intellect buff; my warlock has some good intelligence gear they should use
Anyways, maybe only some of these should be implemented based on difficulty. IMO, easy is for a newer player. Not sure what they're doing but want to get the full experience. The current AI would work fine, plus the lava avoiding. That just needs to happen. Normal is for your average player; know what they're doing and pretty good at it, but not quite pro. The rare ambush every now and again could be nice. Hard is for a more 'pro' player. They know the tips, the tricks, and all the little things in-between. More ambushes and the spider-jockey mounting would be awesome. Oh, and the spawner protection should be on all difficulty, but it's a little broken. You don't need to break it at first, just light up the room.

when they run at you they always go to the left why not have the chance that the may jump/go right or just explode
