I have a sugestion for a game type which will allow all the fun of building and still be competative
territory war: upon spawning you are asked to either place a turf stone or join a faction
you can build normally except a on group's "turf" which radiates (in all directions) from a turf stone. you increase your turf by mining various minerals which have different values of how much they increase your turf. you can decrease a group's turf by attacking members of that group or their turf stone (this asumes a weapon is added to the game) when two different group's turf meet both fields stop expanding thus forcing combat if you want your area to build in to increase. this could see some interesting gameplay and tactics what do you guys think of it?
I definitely could see this being a really intense game mode, You could maybe even have it so there is one major turf stone, then small base camps? It might add more strategy to fighting turf wars :biggrin.gif:
