Adding a recipie for the trident with prismarine and iron can be a good idea. A lot of people didn't used the trident a single time because it's too difficult to obtain it. So, make it with prismarine will make it not too difficult to obtain but it will not be free.
Imo obtaining prismarine stuff is harder. Unless it can be found in burried treasures. I don't know that right now. But i'm having much harder time fighting guardians without a trident.
For now hunt creepers with axe (sprint - hit - back off - approach - jump - strike when falling)
From their gunpowder create firework stars and load 7 of which per firework rocket and then use a crossbow (or several for burst-fire) to gib whatever moves in water.
Missiles fly in straight line and are barely affected by water because their velocity is constant, even if they're comparatively slow to piercing weapons.
They pack a punch, have heavy splash damage and are unaffected by projectile protection, but resisted by blast protection.
Also, make sure your line of fire is clear and wide, it's easy to kill oneself with careless fire and missiles have really big hitbox.
For example don't shoot over fences without jumping.

Totalitarian architecture. Angular, defensible masonry over sleek, sloped carpentry.
Taking it slow. Provoking into attack typically does better than rushing.
Underground engineering. Well-lit tunnels are much safer and often cheaper than any surface construct.
Farmability. One of primary concerns relating to any feature.
Practical mobs. No annoyances taking up space and processor power.
Generalism and simplicity. Overly complicated and specialized concepts hardly ever come into fruition.
