I have been playing Minecraft a lot after I bought it a few months ago. First I must say, great game, you have done amazing things with it. My friends and I run a server where we like to role play a bit and I finally came upon the discovery that there was only one method of writing: signs. Signs are kind of inefficient though since they only hold so much text and take up so much room so I figured maybe we should be able to write in books. That makes sense right? They are books after all. They could hold more text and the text should only be editable by the original creator of the book. I only feel that there needs to be some sort of "advanced method" of sharing text between players. If you wanted to leave a book of rules that is much easier than a set of a few dozen signs displaying rules. If you wanted to give notes or explain how different buildings in your server are used, you could also use a book for that instead of wasting time building tons of signs and having the signs take up a whole wall. I think this is a logical step for those who want a better involvement in the game.
Thanks for hearing my suggestion.
