I think there should be a village for witches, but the one witch that’s evil is the normal one that’s already in the game. The witches that would be added to the village are nice but only attack if you attack one of them, or they could be completely peaceful. The witches would trade you stuff for potions or also just give you potions. If anyone reads this thank you but I just needed someone to see my idea to judge it on how it is.
I think witches are meant to be villager outcasts, not form communities on their own.
And making Priests or Wandering Traders sell potions would probably be a better idea.

Totalitarian architecture. Angular, defensible masonry over sleek, sloped carpentry.
Taking it slow. Provoking into attack typically does better rushing.
Underground engineering. Well-lit tunnels are much safer and often cheaper than any surface construct.
Farmability. One of primary concerns relating to any feature.
Practical mobs. No annoyances taking up space and processor power.
Generalism and simplicity. Overly complicated and specialized concepts hardly ever come into fruition.
