Just like in the past updates where zombies break doors wouldn't it be an awesome add on for skeletons to be able to destroy your torches by shooting them with arrows.
I oppose.
Breaking down doors was added as a part of hard mode to enable zombies to kill villagers more easily.
Skeletons shooting torches would break safety measures of uncountable worlds and undo much of players' work.

I don't really see a reason for adding this. Skeletons would be wasting their time shooting torches instead of the player which would just end up nerfing the mob altogether. I know what you're getting at though. If you want skeletons to be capable of destroying things, they could occasionally shoot a bomb arrow with a small blast radius on impact.

...as if creepers already weren't ticking players off by the sheer fact they do more damage to the environment than to the player.

I oppose because some players would have not made enough torches and the skeleton shooting the arrows at the torches would be very annoying to the player.
