To not make them too op since some potions take rare ingredients in making you can make it such that the same ingredients are needed to remove the potion effects in addition to a bottle of milk.
Eg. To make a splash negate invisibility potion, u have to use bottle of milk as a ingredient on a splash potion of invisibility.
Why not just allow people to bottle Buckets of Milk so they can get a stackable option?
Though I suppose a Potion of Cleansing brewed with Milk that only removes negative effects would be fine, and it could be converted into a Potion of Soiling that only removes positive effects via the Spider Eye conversion
Rather than break this down into a potion negating each effect, I would rather there be a single potion for removing bad effects and a single one for removing positive effects.

Objection.
Sorry lads, but I think having such potion would be too abusable, and would easily negate any attempt of intelligent use of Turtle Master potion as well as be used for trolling Fire Resistance users trying to avoid death in lava.
If there should be any potion antidotes, then I opt for specific food types, like specialist anti-Poison honey or generalist milk we have already, and perhaps more specialists like chocolate to stop Slowness and Weakness.

Totalitarian architecture. Angular, defensible masonry over sleek, sloped carpentry.
Taking it slow. Provoking into attack typically does better rushing.
Underground engineering. Well-lit tunnels are much safer and often cheaper than any surface construct.
-----
Farmability. One of primary concerns relating to any feature.
Practical mobs. No annoyances taking up space and processor power.
Generalism and simplicity. Overly complicated and specialized concepts hardly ever come into fruition.
But potions aren't stackable, unlike golden apples.
I have heard that fire resistence got very strong with netherrite. But i don't know that for sure.
Only looted enchanted variant of golden apples (so-called Notch Apples) provide fire resistance, regular golden apple will not protect you from getting toasted in lava, at most would prolong the agony.
And they don't need to be stackable to cause death before surprised victim can do anything about it.

That's a very good point!

The only thing I can see this being beneficial for is pvp and maybe witch fights. Otherwise, there's no need to reinvent the wheel.
Milk.
Edit: Slight change in heart actually, I could see this going somewhere but it would have to be done right. Take my upvote, haha.
